People don't usually associate their health with their wealth, but the reality is that those two things go hand in hand. You need to be healthy in order to live a long life and enjoy the money that you've worked so hard to earn. That's why I've been working out every day and have gone on a new diet, in an effort to lose 80 pounds in the next year. Dieting, just like budgeting, are both difficult tasks but are crucial to your health and wealth. Think of it this way, in budgeting, you have to track every dollar, and in dieting, you have to track everything you eat. Neither are easy tasks, but both are important.
