We use a simple, transparent fee schedule.
Investment management is charged as a percentage of assets under management (AUM) according to the chart above.
Comprehensive financial planning is available for a separate annual fee, or it is included at no additional cost once your investable assets exceed $500,000.
Asset management fees are generally deducted directly from your investment account on a quarterly basis. The financial planning fee, when applicable, is billed annually. We will walk through the exact billing process with you so there are no surprises.
No. At Evans Wealth Planning we are fiduciary advisors. Our primary compensation is the AUM and planning fees listed above. We may recommend insurance products (life insurance, long-term care, annuities, etc.) only when they support your overall plan. Those products are typically commission based and we will always disclose that before any recommendation.
The AUM fee stands for Assets Under Management, using the fee schedule shown above you can calculate what you will be charged for the amount of assets you have with Evans Wealth Planning. We believe financial planning is the backbone of what we do so we include it at no additional cost if you have over $500,000 of AUM with us. If you are under the $500,000 minimum for included financial planning, you may be charged a financial planning fee, this will be billed as an invoice to you that you could then pay however is most convenient to you.
We structure our fees so we do better when you do better. Our AUM fee tiers adjust as your portfolio value changes, if your assets move into a lower fee bracket, you pay the lower rate.
The financial planning fee covers a comprehensive, ongoing process that typically includes:
Net-worth and cash-flow analysis
Tax-efficient strategies and Roth conversion analysis
Social
Security and retirement income planning
Investment policy and portfolio design
Estate and legacy
planning coordination
Insurance and risk review
College funding analysis
Regular plan reviews
and updates

Absolutely. During our first introductory call we will run the numbers based on your specific situation so you can see exactly what the annual cost would be before making any commitment.
Yes. We act as a fiduciary at all times. That means every recommendation we make is based on what is in your best interest, not comissions or product sales.
